Natasha Carella is the Director of Dubai Design Week, where she oversees the strategic vision of one of the region’s leading cultural festivals. With two decades in the cultural sector, she has worked across major platforms including Art Dubai, where she served as Events Director, and has collaborated with initiatives such as Tashkeel’s Tanween, Sole DXB and Meet d3. She also headed philanthropy at the Jagtiani Foundation, managing community investment programmes across the SWANA region. Natasha’s work is rooted in supporting responsible design and cultural exchange, amplifying diverse voices and fostering collaborations that connect regional and international communities.
